Gaisano Grand Highland Mall in Kidapawan City 
targetted it's Mall opening between April and May 2013

     After more than a year, the first Gaisano Owned Mall of the City of Kidapawan and in Cotabato Province is about to Open. Kidapawan City is a 3rd Class City, the Industrial Hub and Capital of the Province. The city is known to be as the Gateway to the Majestic Mt. Apo, the Philippines' highest peak.

        

        The first target opening week was on the Last week of March as announced on the Facebok page for Updates of the Mall. But due to some delays this will be moved on summer this year 2013. Mindanao now is experiencing power insufficiency and the City and the Whole Province is also Affected. The Mt. Apo Geothermal Plant is found at the Highest Point of the City, it has 2 Power Plants and it is said that they planned to build an additional power plant to cope up with the power usage in Mindanao.

         Kidapawan City is in the Midway of the Cities of Davao and Cotabato. If people would like to go shopping, the citizens of Kidapawan will travel as 1 hour to 4 Hours just to have shopping in the Malls Davao City or a Mall in Digos City. 

            Gaisano Grand Group of Companies was able to acquired about 4 hectares area in Lanao, Kidapawan City for their Mall, future Mall expansion and Hotel. They constructed a 2 level mall plus a small lower ground level and a wide parking area.

    

There will be a wide parking area for the shoppers not only for the citizens of Kidapawan but also to other neighboring places.

 The First level of the Mall where Mall tenants will rent & occupies and the Supermarket of the Mall will be located here.

 On the 2nd Level, the Department Store and Additional Mall tenants will be here, However there would be no Cinema in the Mall as of now but I guess in their Possible Future Mall Expansion, the Cinemas will be added. There will be a Grand Regal Hotel that will soon to Rise at the back of the Mall.

Some tenants of the mall according from a source will include Jollibee, Greenwich Pizza, Chowking, Pizza Treat, Goldilocks, CD-R king and many more.

Every people now are excited and  looking forward for it's Mall Opening, and yes, this will really be soon.

Gaisano Grand Higland Mall Kidapawan

In the 1st quarter of the year 2012,  the Gaisano Grand Group of Companies has started the construction  of their 1st ever owned mall in the City of Kidapawan and in the whole province of North Cotabato. 

They constructed their mall in a 3 hectares lot at Lanao, Kidapawan City in front of Lanao Central Elementary School. The lot acquired by the company is the former location of the Clarissian School. According to one of the social networking site that was created by the Gaisano Grand Kidapawan, the the mall will be officially named "Gaisano Grand Highland Mall Kidapawan". Citizens of Kidapawan are looking forward about this Mall and has expectations like hoping the fulfillment as a shoppers like Cinemas for entertainment and many stores and boutique to shop and new food chains and restaurants to dine. 

Gaisano Grand Highland Mall will be the 2nd Shopping Mall to open in the City after the KMCC Mini Shoppping Mall which is formerly "AKL Superstore". it will be the biggest Mall in the City that will serve also the neighboring places in the province of North Cotabato. Kidapawan City is a 1st class and the capital of the province. This will be a great milestone for the progress of the City of Kidapawan and Province of North Cotabato.
